In summary 89% describe their overall experience of our GP Practice as Good. Which is well above the local and National averages of 35%.

1. 78% of respondents usually get to see or speak to their preferred GP when they would like to. 

        Local (ICB) average: 31%   National average: 35%

2. 88% of respondents find it easy to get through to this GP practice by phone.

3. 83% of respondents were offered a choice of appointment when they last tried to make a general practice appointment.
