In summary 96% describe their overall experience of our GP Practice as Good. Down from 99% in 2018, but still well above the local and National averages.

What this practice does best:

These are the three results for our Practice that are the highest compared to the local and National averages.

  1. 87% of respondents usually get to see or speak to their preferred GP when they would like to. Up from 78% in 2018.

        Local (ICB) average: 54%   National average: 48%

  1. 81% of respondents are satisfied with the general practice appointment times available. Down from 84% in 2018, but still well above the average.

        Local (ICB) average: 67%   National average: 65%

  1. 96% of respondents find it easy to get through to this GP practice by phone. Down from 98% in 2018, but still well above the average.

        Local (ICB) average: 79%   National average: 68%

 

We are also really proud that 100% surveyed find the receptionists at this GP practice helpful.
